Highwaymen Art Exhibit

Our rotating exhibit will present artwork of the African-American painters from Florida's east coast. This group of artists made Florida art history and are continuing to do so today. Some paintings are for sale.  At various times, some of the artists will visit the museum and demonstrate their techniques.  Call the Museum for the schedule.

Seminole  Nation Exhibit

The Powell Collection

The Powell Collection is one of the most complete collections of artifacts from the Mississippian culture. The collection exemplifies early Indian life and includes examples of primitive vessels, digging spades, bone and antler tools, stone axes and knives, arrow points, bannerstones and ornamental gorgets

Happy "Hollydays"

Come celebrate Christmas past and present.  This exhibit includes silent auction items of decorated trees and holiday arrangements all of which has been donated by local businesses and the wonderfully talented artists of Safety Harbor.

During the exhibit the museum will be collecting toys for children in our community in the the true meaning of the season.  All donated toys will go to the city of Safety Harbor’s “Santa’s Helpers” program for distribution to our community’s children in need.  This exhibit opens in November.
